Membership Cancellation/Refund Policy

Your membership subscription can be canceled at any time. Any balance left on money paid will be refunded proportional to the time left on the membership less a $15 *administration fee. Your member profile will be immediately removed along with all contact information

Merchandise Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise unused and in its original packaging for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Should the merchandise be damaged or defective and you prefer a replacement, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and no additional shipping will be charged for replacement items.
